The year was 1994, and a friend tried to describe to me what the world wide web thing was, and that you can put a music video on your computer and someone on the other side of the country could watch it over a phone line in the computer. My favorite band at the time was of course Nine Inch Nails. This video was the first thing I ever saw on the internet.
